LIST OF SERVICES:

• Review and evaluate current revenue cycle process
• Analyze compliance with state and federal regulations
• Develop revenue cycle goals inclusive of benchmark and key performance metrics
• Assist in the evaluation and selection of revenue cycle software
• Evaluate current staffing model, develop job descriptions
• Develop revenue cycle policies/procedures and processes
• Create provider specific training and education
